How to Improve MWolk and How to increase Community participation ?

Now I think the site has to be one of a kind in terms of quality of feature we are providing but due to the nature of the site, we feels Content is the most important thing and for that we need more community support.

Please put your thoughts as how can we can get more people involved in MWolk and how to make them upload more stuff ?
